Apple Bread | Easy One-bowl Recipe | Areeba’s kitchen

Green apple/granny smith apples                   2 large (peel and grated)

Sugar                                                                               1 cup

Egg                                                                                    1 large

Oil                                                                                     ¼ cup

Vanilla essence                                                         ½ teaspoon

Flour                                                                                1 ½ cup

Baking soda                                                                 ¼ teaspoon                                      

Baking powder                                                           ½ teaspoon

Salt                                                                                    ¼ teaspoon

Cinnamon powder                                               ½ teaspoon

Dried cranberries/dates/raisins                        ½ cup

Almonds/walnuts/pecans                                    ½ cup (chopped)

In a bowl add grated apples and sugar, mix for few minutes until sugar turns liquidly

Now add egg, oil and vanilla essence, and mix well,

Now add dry mixture,

Flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt,

Mix well till well combine,

Now add dried cranberries/dates/raisins and almonds/walnuts/pecans,

Mix well

Place it in a loaf pan, (grease it if needed)

Baking in a pre-heated oven for 40 to 45 minutes at 180 Celsius or 360 Fahrenheit,

Leave it in a pan for 10 mintues to cool down , then remove

Serve with garam garam chai and enjoy
