
It’s a very old traditional recipe, loaf sandwich which can be serve as a main course
Egg Spread
Hard boiled eggs 3 large
Butter 1 teaspoon (room temperature)
Mayonnaise 1 teaspoon
Black pepper crushed ¼ teaspoon
Salt ¼ teaspoon
Put everything is a bowl and mash them till fine and smooth
Chicken spread
Chicken ½ breast
Mayonnaise 2 teaspoon
Butter 1 teaspoon (room temperature)
Black pepper 1 teaspoon
Milk 2 teaspoon
Salt ½ teaspoon
Boil chicken breast with ½ teaspoon of black pepper,
When soft and tender shred it,
Now add mayonnaises, butter, remaining black pepper, milk and salt
Mix together till well combined
Potato spread
Boiled potatoes 3 small
Fresh coriander 1 tablespoon
Red chili flakes ½ teaspoon
White pepper ¼ teaspoon
Black pepper ½ teaspoon
Salt ½ teaspoon
Ketchup 2 teaspoon
In a bowl add boiled potatoes and rest of the ingredients
Mash till well combined and smooth
Cream cheese frosting
Full fat cream ½ cup (unsweetened)
Cream cheese 2 tablespoon
Whip both the things together till smooth and fluffy
ASSEMBLING
Take a first slice of bread and spread some ketchup along with lettuce, tomato slices and cucumber slices, place it in a serving dish
Take another slice of bread spread some room temperature butter, and apply a thick layer of potato spread, place it on top of the first prepared layer
Now take another slice of bread, spread some mayonnaise, and apply a thick layer of chicken spread, and place it on top of the second prepared layer
Now take another slice of bread, apply butter and place the egg mixture spread evenly, place it on top of the third prepared layer
Take a final slice of bread apply mayonnaise or butter and upside down it and place on the last layer,
Now cover it evenly with cream cheese frosting and décor it with some slices of cucumber, tomatoes and coriander,
Refrigerate it for ½ hour
Cut and serve
