Chili chicken dry | restaurant style recipe | Areeba’s kitchen

Boneless chicken       500 grams (cut into stripes)

Bell pepper                  1 medium (slices)

Onion                          1 medium (slices)

Green chilies              2 medium (deseeded and sliced)

Black pepper              1 teaspoon

Garlic                           4 cloves (crushed)

Chicken powder         1 tablespoon

Oyster sauce                2 tablespoon

Dark soya sauce         1 tablespoon

Oil                                  4 tablespoon

In a wok add oil, garlic, and chicken,

Sauté the chicken till it changes its color,

Add bell peppers, onion and green chilies,

Stir for a minute now add chicken powder, oyster sauce, dark soya sauce and black pepper,

Mix well on high flame and serve

Tips:

You can substitute chicken to under-cut beef

If you want gravy add 1 cup of water and thicken it with corn flour solution
