Mint 1 tablespoon (finely chopped)
Onion 1 small (finely chopped)
Tomatoes 1 small (finely chopped)
Egg 1 medium
Salt 1 ½ teaspoon or to taste
Oil for shallow frying
Marinate all the minced meat with all the ingredients for at least ½ an hour,
