Chicken Chapli Burgers | Healthy recipe for kids | Areeba’s kitchen

Minced chicken                             500 grams

Garam masala                                1 teaspoon

Coriander seeds                             1 teaspoon (dry roasted and crushed)

Red chili flakes                                1 teaspoon

Red chili powder                           ½ teaspoon

Cumin                                            ½ teaspoon (dry roasted and crushed)

Ginger garlic paste                      1 tablespoon

Corn flour                                       2 tablespoon

Green chilies                                 2 medium (finely chopped)

Fresh coriander                           2 tablespoon (finely chopped)

Mint                                               1 tablespoon (finely chopped)

Onion                                                1 small (finely chopped)

Tomatoes                                         1 small (finely chopped)

Egg                                                     1 medium

Salt                                                     1 ½ teaspoon or to taste

Oil                                                      for shallow frying

Marinate all the minced meat with all the ingredients for at least ½ an hour,

Make thin patty and shallow fry them on low-medium flame for 7 minutes each side,

When patties are ready assemble the burger by applying burger sauce on both sides of bun, some salad, onion and tomatoes along with patty,

Simple. Easy. And quick

For burger sauce

Mayonnaise             3 tablespoon

Ketchup                     2 tablespoon             

Mustard paste          1 tablespoon

Black pepper            ½ teaspoon                

Mix well and ready to use
