Grounded veal                500 grams

Onions                               2 medium (slices)

Tomatoes                         1 large (roughly chopped)

Garam masala                 1 teaspoon        

Ginger garlic paste        1 teaspoon

Cumin seeds                    1 teaspoon

Red chili powder            1 teaspoon

Turmeric                           ½ teaspoon

Salt                                    ½ teaspoon

Oil                                      ½ cup

Green chilies                    1 large (slices)

Coriander                         3 tablespoon for garnish

Ginger                               3 tablespoon julienne for garnish

In a pan add grounded veal, tomatoes, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, cumin, red chili powder, turmeric, salat and 2 cups water, cover and cook until the meat is tender,

In another pan add oil and onions, sauté till onion is golden brown,

Add to prepared meat and cook till oil starts to appear,

Garnish it with ginger, coriander and green chilies

Serve with naan,
