Chicken 500 grams or ½ kilogram
Cream ½ cup (35%)
Yogurt ½ cup (beaten)
Onion 1 medium (finely chopped)
Green chilies 3 medium (finely chopped)
Black pepper 1 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
White pepper ¼ teaspoon
Salt to taste or 1 teaspoon
Coriander seeds 1 teaspoon
Cumin (Zeera) 1 teaspoon
Oil ¼ cup
Add oil in pan, add onions, chicken and ginger garlic paste
Sauté chicken till it changes the color,
In a pan dry roast the cumin and coriander, the crush them
Now add yogurt, green chilies, black pepper, white pepper, salt and mixture of cumin and coriander.
Cook till oil starts to appear, now add cream and cook till cream is thicken,
Garnish it with garam masala and green chilies
