Kairi Ki Chutney | Raw Mango Dip

Mint                      2 cups

Coriander             2 cups

Raw mango          1 medium

Green chilies        3 to 4 medium

Garlic cloves         1 bunch

Cumin (Zeera)      1 tablespoon

Salt                         as needed or 1 teaspoon

Separate mint and coriander from its stems, using leaves will give a nice smooth texture,

Blend all the ingredients together, add less water,

When all the ingredients are blended into smooth paste the chutney is ready,

You can store the chutney into airtight container for 2 to 3 weeks in a refrigerator,

Enjoy it will all the desi dishes and dips.
