Beef or veal (big piece) ½ kilogram
Vinegar ¼ cup
Black pepper ½ teaspoon
White pepper ¼ teaspoon
Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoon
Garlic cloves 3 (little crushed)
Marinate the beef with all the above ingredients,
Prick it with fork and let it rest for minimum 2 hours, maximum over night,
Place the meat in a pan with all the marinate,
Add 2 tablespoon oil if there is no fat in the meat,
Cook for 1 hour on one side on very low flame,
Now turn the meat and cook on another side for another 1 hour or until tender,
Very delicious to serve with mayonnaise on toast,
