Molten Lava

Chocolate 200 grams

Flour 5 tablespoon

Eggs 4 medium

Sugar 4 1/2 tablespoon

Oil 9 tablespoon

Butter for greasing

Cocoa for coating

Ice cream as needed

Melt chocolate and oil in double boiler.

In another bowl whisk eggs, sugar and flour.

Mix the egg mixture and chocolate mixture.

Coat the ramekins with butter and then with cocoa.

Put the mixture into the prepared ramekins and bake for 7 minutes at 280 Celsius.

Upside down the ramekins and enjoy with vanilla ice-cream.
