
All purpose flour 1 cup
Coco powder 1 cup
Caster sugar 1 cup
Milk 1 cup
Egg 1 medium
Soften butter 1/2 cup
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Baking soda 1 teaspoon
Salt pinch
Beat egg gradually add sugar beat untill fluffy. Add milk and butter for few minutes.
Make a mixture of dry ingredients.
Gradually add dry mixture into egg mixture and fold nicely (make sure there are no lumps).
Grease pan with butter.
Put a batter in to greased pan and bake for 40-50 minutes at 180°C.
For chocolate sauce
Butter 1/2 c
Cocoa powder 2/3c
Sugar 1/2+
Vanilla extract few drops
Milk required consistency
Melt butter on double boiler.
Add cocoa powder.
Gradually add sugar and cook.
Add milk till desired consistently occures.
Add vanilla extract and let the mixture to cool down.
When brownie is cooled down cut it into squares. Now pour chocolate sauce and let it stay for 10 minutes.
Serve with ice-cream and nuts.
