Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches | Quick & healthy | Areeba’s kitchen

Boneless chicken                             400 grams

Onion                                                 ¼ cup finely chopped

Capsicum                                          ¼ cup finely chopped

Butter                                                 2 tablespoons

Mayonnaise                                      2 tablespoon

Ketchup                                             2 tablespoon

Buffalo sauce                                   2 tablespoon

Black pepper                                     ½ teaspoon

Boil the chicken with black pepper until tender,

(Don’t over cook the chicken) shredded the chicken and keep it a side.

In a pan add butter and saute onion and capsicum until translucent.

Add veggies to shredded chicken along with mayonnaise, ketchup, buffalo sauce and pepper.

Mix it well untill well combine.

Spread a thick layer of chicken filling on slice of bread and cover with another slice,

Apply some butter and toast it from both side until little crispy,

Divide the sandwich into two and serve.
