

Boneless chicken 500 grams (small cubes)
Capsicum 2 medium (small cubes)
Tomato 2 medium (small cubes)
Onion 1 medium (small cubes)
Yogurt 3 tablespoon
Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
Lemon 1 tablespoon
Red chilli powder 1 tablespoon
Turmeric ½ teaspoon
Coriander powder 1 tablespoon
Garam masala 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste or 1 teaspoon
Orange food color ½ teaspoon or as needed
In a bowl add yogurt and all the spices,
Mix well and add chicken with veggies
Marinate for 30 minute,
Take toothpicks and screw veggie, chicken and another veggie
Shallow fry them for 5 minutes each side or until tender,
You can bake or air fry them as well,
Serve with yogurt and enjoy
