
Note: you can use leftover mac and cheese.
Macaroni pasta 2 cups (raw)
Mozzarella and cheddar 3 cups
Paprika 1 tablespoon
White pepper ½ teaspoon
Black pepper 1 teaspoon
Garlic powder 1 teaspoon
Onion powder 1 teaspoon
Chicken powder 1 tablespoon
All purpose flour as needed
Eggs 2 (beaten)
Bread crumbs as needed
Boil the macaroni by the packet instructions.
When the macaroni is hot add season and cheese
Place the macaroni in fridge for 1 hour or until well
combined.
Scoop out some chunks of prepare mac and cheese
Coat in flour, eggs and bread crumbs.
Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Yummy sauce:
Mayonnaise 3 tablespoon
Honey ½ teaspoon
Ketchup 2 tablespoon
Siracha or hot sauce ½ teaspoon
Garlic powder ½ teaspoon
Black pepper ½ teaspoon
Mix everything well until combined.
Serve with cheesy mac and cheese bites
