Starting my bread making journey…

Hello everyone,

As you all know I work as a chef in a cafe and a social media person which left me no time to do any culinary courses. I really really wants to do 2 courses,

1. Bread making

2. Cheese making

All though I live in a city where there are two culinary schools, but believe me they are very expensive and needs commitment.

I am afraid, what if I don’t like continuing them or what if I become lazy to complete them, who knows. Like my knitting project is still under process from last year 🤷‍♀️

So I have decided to take the “bread making” in my hands now, using whatever equipments I have.
