Chicken Curry | Simple, basic & quick | Areeba’s kitchen

Boneless chicken                             500 grams (cubes)

Onion                                                   1 medium (finely chopped)

Tomato                                               1 medium (finely chopped)

Ginger garlic paste                          1 tablespoon

Yogurt                                                 4 tablespoon

Oil                                                        4 tablespoon

Red chili powder                              1 teaspoon

Coriander powder                           1 teaspoon

Turmeric powder                             ½ teaspoon

Salt                                                      1 teaspoon

In pan add oil and onion, saute will golden,

Now add chicken and ginger garlic paste,

Saute till color changes,

Now add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt

Add ¼ cup water and slow cook for 10 minutes, covered.

Now cook on high flame and add beaten yogurt,

Cook till gravy starts to thicken,

Garnish with fresh coriander and some chillies,

Serve with rice or naan
