

Chicken 1 kg (4 leg thigh attach)
Yogurt 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
Cayenne pepper ½ teaspoon
Smoked Paprika powder 1 tablespoon
Garam masala 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
lemon juice 1 tablespoon
Oil 1 tablespoon
Salt 1 teaspoon
Fenugreek leaves 1 tablespoon (dried)
Yellow food color 2 drops
Red food color 4 drops
In a bowl add yogurt along with all the ingredients,
Mix it well,
With the help of knife put some cut on chicken for marinate to penetrate in.
Now apply the prepared marinate mixture to chicken and massage it well.
Marinate for minimum 2 hours or maximum over night.
Now put the chicken pieces into a deep baking tray use the left lover marinade to coat veggies of your choice
Cover the baking tray with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes or until tender at 350 F or 176 C.
When chicken is tender remove the cover and broil for 5 minutes for brownish color
Serve with rice or naan
Garnish with some lemon juice or fresh coriander leaves.
Note:
You can also air fry or bae-be- que them.
