Oatmeal Raisin Cookie | Crunchy from outside soft from inside | Areeba’s kitchen

Quicker oats                                      1 ½ cup

All purpose flour                             1 Cup

Butter                                                 115 grams (room temperature)

Brown sugar                                      ½ cup

White sugar                                      ¼ cup

Egg                                                     1 large

Baking powder                                  ½ teaspoon

Cinnamon powder                          ½ teaspoon

Salt                                                     ½ teaspoon

Vanilla extract                                  ½ teaspoon

Raisins                                                 1 cup

In a bowl add oats, flour, baking powder, Cinnamon powder and salt

Mix it well.

Beat butter and both the sugars together until well combine. Now add egg and vanilla extract beat till fluffy.

Now combine both the batters together and add raisins and mix well

Keep the batter in fridge for 20 minutes,

Scoop the batter around 1 ½ tablespoon place it on a baking try with parchment paper on it

Bake for 10- 12 minutes on 350 F in preheated oven or till the edges of the cookies turns golden.

Let it set on baking tray until cool down,

Store in air tight container and enjoy!!!
