Chicken Jalfrezi | Simple & delicious | Areeba’s kitchen

Boneless chicken                            500 grams (white meat)

Capsicum or bell peppers              1 small (cubes)

White onion                                     1 medium (cubes)

Tomatoes                                          2 medium (cubes)

Oil                                                       4 tablespoon

Ginger garlic paste                          1 teaspoon

Garam masala                                  1 tablespoon

Red chilli powder                            ½  tablespoon

Coriander powder                           1 teaspoon

Cumin powder                                 1 teaspoon

Turmeric powder                            ½ teaspoon

Salt                                                     1 teaspoon or to taste

Green chilli                                       1 medium (slices for garnish)

Ginger                                                1 inch piece (julienne for garnish)

Remove the pulp from tomates and cubes the outer shell

Blend the pulp with ½ cup water and your tomato puree will be readt

In a pan add oil, ginger garlic paste and chicken,

Saute chicken till color changes,

When chicken changes the color add,

All the spices along with tomato puree,

Cook till puree is decreased, now add veggies, give it a quick mix

 and cover for 3 to 4 minutes,

garnish and serve with rice

enjoy warm!
