Cold Chicken Sandwiches | Hi-tea special recipe | Areeba’s kitchen

Chicken (boneless)                           200 grams

Black grounded pepper                  ½ teaspoon

Salt                                                      ½ teaspoon

Boil chicken with salt and pepper until tender

When chicken is tender chop it finely or shred it

Tip: add less water

Mayonnaise                                      2 tablespoon

Cream                                                 2 tablespoon

Black grounded pepper                  ½ teaspoon

White pepper                                   ¼ teaspoon

Garlic powder                                  ¼ teaspoon

Oregano                                            ¼ teaspoon

Cucumber                                         1 small (finely chopped)

Capsicum                                          ½ small (finely chopped)

Black olives                                       2 tablespoon

In a bowl add mayonnaise, cream, black pepper, white pepper, garlic powder and oregano

Mix well now add chopped/shredded chicken, cucumbers, capasicum and black olives.

Mix well, take small croissants or any bread (small pieces), place filling between 2 slices, approximately 1 tablespoon heaped and serve cold
