Chicken Pakoras with Peanut Sauce | Areeba’s kitchen

Grounded chicken                          500 grams

Black pepper powder                     ½ teaspoon

Garlic powder                                  ½ teaspoon

White pepper                                   ¼ teaspoon

Red chili powder                             ½ teaspoon

Salt                                                     1 teaspoon

Soya sauce                                        2 tablespoon

Mustard paste                                 ½ teaspoon

Egg                                                      1 large

Onion                                                 1 small (finely chopped)

Carrots                                               2 small (finely chopped)

Cabbage                                            1 cup (finely chopped)

Corn starch                                       2 tablespoon

All purpose flour                             4 tablespoon

In a bowl add grounded chicken and add rest of the ingredients.

Mix well until well combine and let it marinate for ½ hour.

Now deep fry them almost 1 tablespoon of marinated batter in vegetable oil on medium low flame until golden brown

Serve with delicious peanut sauce,

Peanut sauce

Peanut butter                    2 tablespoon

Hot sauce                           1 teaspoon

Soya sauce                         1 teaspoon

Black pepper                      ½ teaspoon

Hot water                           4 tablespoon

Mix well until smooth consistency occurs,

It takes little time 😉
