
Chicken breast 1 cup (finely chopped)
Shrimps 1 cup (finely chopped)
mushrooms 1 cup (finely chopped)
Carrots 1 cup (finely chopped)
Cabbage 1 cup (finely chopped)
Garlic 3 cloves or 2 tablespoon
Bouillon cube or chicken cube 2 cubes
Dark soya sauce 2 tablespoon
Regular soya sauce 2 tablespoon
Hot sauce 1 teaspoon
Black pepper 1 teaspoon
Sugar 1 teaspoon
Egg 1 large (beaten)
Corn starch 2 tablespoon or as needed
Oil 2 tablespoon
In a pan add oil and saute garlic,
Add chicken, shrimp or mushrooms,
Saute till color changes,
Add 3 to 4 cups of water along with stock cube, and other spices,
Let it boil for 7 to 10 minutes,
Add cabbage, carrots and let it boil,
Now add beaten egg and stir it gently,
Now dissolve corn starch in ½ cup of water,
Pour the corn starch solution gradually till soup is thicken,
Here we go delicious soup is ready in no time
