Chicken Corn Soup | Winter special healthy recipe |Areeba’s kitchen

Boneless chicken                                           200 grams (small chunks)

Chicken stock cube or bouillon cube        2 cubes

Corn                                                                  1 cup or 1 can (chopped)

Mushrooms                                                     1 cup or 1 can (chopped)

Cabbage                                                           1 cup (chopped)

Spring onion                                                    2 stems (white bulbs chopped)

Spring onion                                                    2 stems (green part chopped)

Soya sauce                                                       2 tablespoon

White vinegar                                                 1 tablespoon

Black pepper                                                    1 teaspoon (freshly crushed)

White pepper powder                                  ½ teaspoon

Salt                                                                    1 teaspoon or to taste

Corn starch                                                      1 tablespoon

Corn starch solution                                      ¼ cup or as needed

Eggs                                                                   2 large (beaten)

In a stock pot add almost 2 liters of water along chicken stock cubes,

Add corn starch in chicken cubes and mix well,

When stock starts to boil add chicken, soya sauce, vinegar, black pepper, white pepper and salt

Let it boil, now add mushrooms, cabbage and ½ corns,

Let it boil, when soups start to boil thicken with corn starch solution,

Now add spring onions and remaining corn,

Add beaten eggs and mix well,

Garnish with spring onion greens and ser hot,

Enjoy your winter!
