

Digestive biscuits 15 biscuits or 200 grams
Melted butter 2 tablespoon (melted)
Cream cheese 250 grams
Whipping cream 1 cup
Icing sugar 1 cup
Vanilla essence ½ teaspoon
Crush digestive biscuits and add melted butter,
Mix well and set a side
In a bowl add cream cheese, icing sugar and vanilla essence,
Mix and beat it until smooth,
Now using another bowl add whipping cream and beat till stiff peaks,
Now fold cream cheese mixture to whipped cream,
In small glass add crushed biscuits around 2 tablespoons,
Now put cheesecake batter, use piping bag for better presentation,
Garnish it with any fresh fruit you like or jam or any sauce,
Chilled it for 2 hours I refrigerator and serve
TIP:
You can use any kind of biscuit of your choice,
Condensed milk, caster sugar or artificial sweetener can be used instead of icing sugar
