Macaroni Salad | Easy, quick & healthy | Areeba’s kitchen

Kidney beans                     500 grams (boiled)

Macaroni pasta                2 cups (boiled) 1 cup raw

Cucumber                           1 small (finely chopped)

Bell pepper                        1 small (finely chopped)

Onion                                  1 small (finely chopped)

Tomato                               1 small (finely chopped)

Fresh coriander                2 tablespoon

Mayonnaise                       4 tablespoon

Ketchup                              1 tablespoon

Mustard                              1 teaspoon

Black pepper                     1 teaspoon (crushed)

Salt                                      ½ teaspoon or to taste

Put all the ingredients in a bowl along with sauces,

Mix well and serve

Can be serve cold or on room temperature
