

For dough
All purpose flour 3 cups
Yeast 1 tablespoon
Milk ½ cup
Salt 1 teaspoon
Sugar 1 teaspoon
Oil 2 tablespoon
Luke warm water for knead
Knead a dough using with luke warm water till soft dough is formed,
Save 1 tablespoon oil while kneading, dough should not be too hard or not too soft,
When the dough is formed cover it with 1 tablespoon saved oil,
Cover it with wet cloth for an hour or until double in size,
Now knead it little more and make portion, almost 100 or 120 grams,
Flatten each portion and place 2 tablespoon filling in it,
Pick up the edges and cover the filling,
Let it rest for few minutes,
Now give it a egg wash and put sesame seeds or nigella seeds on top,
Bake it at 180 Celsius in pre-heated oven for 20-25 minutes,
For filling
Grounded chicken 500 grams
Oil 1 tablespoon
Butter 1 tablespoon
Onion 1 small (finely chopped)
Salt 1 teaspoon or to taste
Red chili flakes 1 teaspoon (optional)
Black pepper 1 teaspoon
White pepper ¼ teaspoon
Garlic 2 cloves (crushed)
Green chilies 2 medium (finely chopped & deseeded)
In a pan add oil, butter and grounded chicken
Saute till color changes, add onion, garlic, salt, red chili flakes, black pepper, white pepper and green chilies, add little water and let it cook till tender,
Now add flour, saute for 2-3 minutes,
Add milk, let it cook till thicken,
Let it cool before assembling.
