

Boneless chicken 750 grams
Yogurt ½ cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
Green chilies 3 medium (cut into 3)
Cumin 1 teaspoon
Coriander seeds 1 teaspoon
Black pepper crushed 1 tablespoon
Salt 1 teaspoon or to taste
Green chili 1 medium (julienne for garnish)
Ginger 1 medium (julienne for garnish)
Oil ¼ cup
In a pan add coriander seeds and cumin seeds,
Dry roast them for 3 to 5 minutes,
Coarsely grind them.
In a pan add oil, ginger garlic paste and chicken,
Sauté till color starts to change,
Now add yogurt, green chilies, black pepper, salt, coarsely grinded cumin and coriander
Cook on medium low flame until chicken is tender
Add ¼ cup of water if needed,
When oil starts to appear,
Cook on high flame for few minutes
Garnish and serve with naan
Tip
Use thigh chicken pieces for more juiciness.
Use freshly grounded black pepper.
Use mortal and pestle for grinding the spice,
it makes the dish more aromatic
