Creamy Mushroom Sauce Pasta | Super creamy and delicious | Areeba’s kitchen


Penne pasta                      2 ½ cups (raw)

Boneless chicken             400 grams (small cubes)

Mushrooms                       250 grams

Milk                                     1 cup

Cream                                 ½ cup

Onion                                 ½ small (finely chopped)

Garlic                                   3 cloves (finely chopped)

White pepper                   ½ teaspoon

Black pepper                     1 teaspoon

Oregano                             1 teaspoon

Chicken powder               1 tablespoon

All purpose flour              1 tablespoon

Butter                                 1 tablespoon

Oil                                        2 tablespoon

Salt                                      1 teaspoon or to taste

Firstly,

In a big pan add water and bring it boil ,

Add 2 ½ teaspoon of salt and pasta,

When paste gets 75 % tender stain it and let it rest,

Save some pasta water for pasta sauce,

Now,

In a pan add butter, oil, garlic and onion,

Saute till onion is translucent,

Add chicken and mushroom,

Cook till chicken changes it color

Add flour saute for few minutes,

Now add cream, milk, chicken powder, black pepper, white pepper and salt,

When sauce starts to thicken add boiled pasta and 1 cup (approximately) pasta water,

Add oregano and cook till sauce is thicken and pasta gets tender,

Enjoy this creaminess warm

TIP: add cheese of your choice
