For filling

Cabbage              1 cup (shredded)

Capsicum            1 medium (slices)

Carrot                  1 medium (slices)

Onion                   1 small (slices)

Green chilies      1 large (slices & deseeded)

Garlic                   3 cloves (finely crushed)

Eggs                      2 large

Red chili flakes                  ½ teaspoon

Black pepper                      ½ teaspoon

Soya sauce                         1 tablespoon

Salt                                      as needed or ½ teaspoon

Oil                                        2- 3 tablespoon

In a pan add oil and saute garlic,

Add eggs and scramble them,

Now add all the vegetables along with spices,

Saute it for few minutes and let it cool before assembling

Don’t over cook the veggies otherwise they will become soggy.

For binding

All purpose flour              2-3 tablespoon

Water                                  ¼ cup

Dissolve flour in water
