Red Sauce Pasta | Pantry Friendly Easy Recipe | Areeba’s kitchen

Shell pasta                         2 cups (raw)

Grounded chicken           200 grams or 1 cup

Tomatoes                           2 medium

Ketchup                              ¾ cup

Onion                                  1 small (finely chopped)

Garlic                                  3 cloves (finely chopped)

Any vegetable                   1 cup

Black pepper                      ½ teaspoon

Red chili flakes                 ½ teaspoon

White pepper                    ¼ teaspoon

Oregano                             1 teaspoon

Olive oil                              4 – 5 tablespoon

Salt                                      ½ teaspoon

Boil pasta around 75% , adding 2 teaspoon of salt in boiling water,

Don’t add oil otherwise sauce will slip from it,

Boil tomatoes and remove the skin,

Then blend them, tomato puree is ready

In a pan sauté garlic and onion until translucent,

Add grounded chicken and cook till chicken changes its color

Add puree and all the spices except oregano,

Cook till sauce become thick,

Now add boiled pasta, veggies and oregano

Give it a nice stir and serve

Tip: add cheese in the end if you like
