


Lamb with fat 1 kg
Tomatoes 4 large
Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
Green chilies 3 large (roughly chopped)
Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon (roasted and crushed)
Coriander seeds 1 teaspoon (roasted and crushed)
Red chili flakes 1 tablespoon
Red chili powder ½ teaspoon
Black pepper 1 teaspoon
Salt 1 teaspoon or to taste
Oil ¼ cup
Ginger julienne for garnish
Green chilies slices for garnish
In a wok add oil and fry meat until it changes its color
Now add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste and green chilies
Add water and let it cook until the meat is tender,
Remove the skin from the tomatoes,
And fry until the oil starts to appear, add all the remining ingredients,
Fry for few more minutes,
Garnish and serve with naan,
