Basic recipe of banana bread that you will love for sure



Banana 3 medium (fully riped)
Egg 1 large
Melted butter 1/3 cup or 76 grams
All purpose flour 1½ cup
Caster sugar ¾ cup
Vanilla essence ½ teaspoon
Baking soda ½ teaspoon
Salt pinch (optional)
Mash bananas in a bowl,
In the same bowl add egg, melted butter, caster sugar, vanilla essence, mix well,
Now add flour, baking soda and salt,
Mix will smooth thick consistency occurs,
Take a loaf baking pan and grease it with butter
Pour the batter and bake it for 45 to 55 minutes at 180 pre-heated oven,
Check the bread in 45 minutes, insert the tooth pick and check, if toothpick come out wet
Bake it for another 10 minutes or until tooth pick come out clean and dry,
Store in air tight container and serve with tea.
Tip:
if you don’t have a ripped banana and still want to make banana bread, just microwave the bananas for 30 seconds,
You can add nuts, raisins or chocolate chips as well
