


Qeema preparation
Tomatoes 1 large (cubes)
Onion 2 large (slices)
Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder ½ teaspoon
Red chili flakes ½ teaspoon
Turmeric ½ teaspoon
Garam masala ½ teaspoon
Lemon 1 small
Green chilies 1 medium (slices)
Salt to taste or 1 teaspoon
Oil 4 to 5 tablespoon
In a pan add minced meat, tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, Cumin seeds, red chili powder, red chili flakes, turmeric, garam masala, salt and 2 cups of water.
Cook till meat gets tender and dried out.
In another pan fry onion in oil until it turn golden brown,
Now add fried onion with oil in prepared meat mixture,
Garnish it with green chilies and lemon,
To prepare karelay
karelay 6-7 small
Wash and rinse nicely
Now peel the outer layer with peeler,
Using a knife make a slit on one side,
And take the inside seeds using teaspoon,
Apply salt and leave it for ½ hour, wash it thoroughly,
Final stage
Fill the prepared karelay with qeema and tie it with thread
Shallow fry the qeema filled karelay on medium-low flame or till they turn brown or tender,
When karelay turns bown serve with remaining qeema, naan or rice
