Chocolate Chip Cookies | Quick & easy recipe by Areeba’s kitchen

All-purpose flour              2 ½ cups

Butter                                  1 cup or 250 grams (soften/room temperature)

Eggs                                     2 medium

Brown sugar                      1 ½ cup

Chocolate chips                1 cup or as needed

Vanilla essence                 ½ teaspoon

Baking powder                  1 ½ teaspoon

Salt                                      ½ teaspoon

In a bowl add butter, eggs, and brown sugar

Mix it till it become smooth and creamy,

Now add all-purpose flour, vanilla essence, baking powder and salt to the bowl,

Mix well (consistency will be like dough) now add chocolate chips and fold

Now measure a small portion of batter using any scooper or spoon and place it into a baking tray

Baking for 15-20 minutes at 180 Celsius

Let the cookies cool down before serving

Store in airtight container, microwave it for 15 second and fresh as new

Tips:

don’t shape the cookie

It batter become thin refrigerate it for 10 minutes

Use dark chocolate chips for better taste
