Crispy Chicken Tenders with tangy dip| Juicy from inside crispy from outside

Chicken marinate:

Boneless chicken breast               500 grams (thick slices)

Black pepper                                     1 teaspoon

1garlic powder                                 1 teaspoon

Paprika powder                               ½ teaspoon

Hot sauce                                          1 tablespoon

Salt                                                     1 teaspoon

Marinate the chicken for ½ hour

Flour mixture:

All purpose flour                             2 cups

Baking powder                                 pinch

White pepper                                   ½ teaspoon

Black pepper                                     ½ teaspoon

Salt                                                     ½ teaspoon

Mix everything well

Egg mixture:

Eggs                                                    2 medium

Water                                                 ¾ cup

Mix it together

Method:

Take each piece of marinated chicken and coat it with flour mixture,

Then dip it in egg mixture then again dip it in flour mixture,

Shake off the excess and fry for 7 to 10 minutes on low-medium heat or until golden brown.

Serve it with tangy dip

TIP: don’t over crowd the frying pot

Tangy dip:

Mayonnaise                      3 tablespoon

Ketchup                              1 ½ tablespoon

Worcestershire sauce     1 teaspoon

Fresh garlic                        1 clove (finely chopped)

Black pepper                      ½ teaspoon

Salt                                      ¼ teaspoon

Mix all the ingredients well and serve
