Chicken Mughlai Handi | Super delicious recipe by Areeba’s kitchen

Boneless chicken     500 grams (cubes)

Garam masala                  1 tablespoon

Grounded cumin              ½ tablespoon

Grounded coriander       1 tablespoon

Red chili powder              1 tablespoon

Turmeric                             ½ teaspoon

Yogurt                                 ½ cup (beaten)

Ginger garlic paste          1 tablespoon

Lemon juice                      2 tablespoon

Salt                                      1 teaspoon

Put all the above masala in chicken and let it marinate for ½ hour

In a pan add ¼ cup oil and place the marinated chicken along with leftover marinate

Cook on a medium flame till gravy thicken and chicken get tender,

Now add

Cream                  ½ cup (beaten)

Fenugreek leaves             2 tablespoon,

Cook till cream is thicken

Garnish it with cream, almonds and fresh coriander,

Serve with naan
