Egg Sandwiches | simple, quick & healthy recipe

Eggs                      4 large (soft boiled)

Mayonnaise       2 tablespoons

Butter                   3 tablespoons (room temperature)

Black pepper       ½ teaspoon

Salt                       to taste

Bread slices        8 to 10

In a bowl add egg and mash them roughly

Now add mayonnaise, butter, black pepper and salt

Spread a thick layer on one slice and cover with another

Cut the sides and serve,
