Grounded veal                  500 grams

Tomatoes                           250 grams (roughly chopped)

Onion                                 1 small (finely chopped)

Green chilies                     2 medium (roughly chopped)

Ginger garlic paste         1 tablespoon

Garam masala                  ½ teaspoon

Red chili flakes                  1 teaspoon

Curry leaves                      7-8 leaves

Coriander seeds                 1 teaspoon  (roasted and crushed)

Cumin                                   1 teaspoon (roasted and crushed)

Red chili powder              1 teaspoon

Black pepper crushed     1 teaspoon

Salt                                      1 teaspoon or as needed

Oil                                        ¼ cup

Ginger                                 Juliane for garnish

Green chilies                     for garnish

In a pan add oil and onion,

When onion turns golden add grounded meat and ginger garlic paste,

Fry till meat changes it color now add tomatoes and green chilies and 1 cup of water,

Cook till meat is tender, now add all the spices and cook till oil starts to appear,

Garnish and serve with naan
