Kofta masala
Poppy seeds (Kashkash) 2 tablespoon
Roasted chickpeas 1 tablespoon
Coriander powder ½ teaspoon
Cumin 1 teaspoon
Garam masala 1tablespoon
Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
Salt 1 ½ teaspoon
Grind all the ingredients into fine powder
Kofta balls
Minced chicken ½ kg
Onion 1 medium (finely chopped)
Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
Kofta masala 2 tablespoon
Mix all the ingredients and marinate it for ½ hour
For gravy
Onion 1 medium (finely chopped)
Tomatoes 1 medium (finely chopped)
Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
Kofta masala remaining half
Oil ¼ cup
In a wide pan add oil and sauté onions till golden brown
Now add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, kofta masala and 1 cup of water,
Cook till tomatoes get tender and oil starts to appear,
Now using wet hands make small balls and place it in prepared gravy,
Put 1 ½ cup water and cover the pan
Cook on low flame (for 20 minutes) or until gravy is thicken
Garnish it with green chilies and serve with naan
