Fresh allo bhukaray (plum) 7
Sugar ¾ cup
Make a little cut on both sides of plum,
Boil in 2-3 cups of water,
When peel starts to come out, take it out and continue boiling,
When water is left about 1 ½ cup add sugar,
Cook till desired consistency occurs,
Store in air tight container for almost a month,
Serve with yummy samosas.
