Puri paratha | Karachi street food recipe | Areeba’s kitchen

Fine flour          ½ kg

Sugar                 1 tablespoon

Salt                     1 teaspoon

Water                to knead

Oil                       to deep fry

In a bowl add fine flour, sugar and salt, knead it onto a hard dough.

Rest it for 15 minutes,

Now apply little oil on palm and make balls

Also apply oil in a tray where you will rest the dough balls,

Let it rest for 10 minutes,

Now apply the oil on a surface where you will roll the paratha,

Now deep fry it in a hot oil, till golden

Serve with any bar-be-que dishes
