The most easiest and quickest recipe I have ever made, best to serve in summer with chapati or can use in allo k parathay
Potatoes ½ kg
Onion 1 large (slices)
Tomatoes 2 medium (roughly chopped)
Oil ¼ cup
Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds (zeera) 1 teaspoon
Salt 1 teaspoon
Fresh coriander for garnish
Green chilies for garnish
Boil potatoes and mash them,
Add red chilli powder, cumin seeds and salt,
Sauté onion in oil till golden brown,
Now add tomatoes, mashed potatoes mixture and ½ cup water,
Cook on low flame with lid on for few minutes,
Now stir for few minutes on high flame,
Garnish and serve.
