
1kg chicken or beef(with lil bit fat) minced (without water)
1(tblsp) roasted chana powder
1tbl sp cornflour
1(tblsp )dry coriander powder
1(tblsp ) cumin powder
1(tblsp) red chili flakes
1(tblsp)chaat masala
1(tsp) fresh crushed black pepper
2(tblsp) lemon
2(tblsp) yogurt( without water)
2,2(tblsp)Ginger garlic paste
2(tblsp)Green chilli chopped or as required
4(tblsp) fried onion
Just put them all in a chopper and chop it for almost 3to4mins
Now keep it in pan and smoke it of coal then refrigerator it for settle down
Take lil ball of batter make shape of gola kabab
You can make it with skewer but I like to make it with straw
Now take lil bit oil in a non stick pan
Put kababs in it and keep distance after 1or 2 mins change its side
You can freez it at this stage
Or add 2tblsp oil in hot dish add sliced onions and after 2mins put kababs in hot dish
Ready to serve
