Grounded veal ½ kg
Onion 1 large (chopped)
Oil 3 tablespoon
Green chilies 3 medium
Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
Garam masala 1 tablespoon
Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
Salt 1 teaspoon
Black pepper 1 teaspoon
All purpose flour 2 tablespoon
In a pan add oil, grounded veal and ginger garlic paste.
Fry till meat changes its color now add all the spices and water,
Cook till meats gets tender,
Now add onion and fry,
When oil starts to appear add flour and fry for 5 minutes,
Garnish with green chilies and fold the batter in samosa pastry,
Fry and serve
