Paneer tikka
Paneer 300 grams (cubes)
Onion 1 medium (cubes)
Bell pepper 1 medium (cubes)
Yogurt 1 cup (beaten)
Red chili powder 1 tablespoon
Dry coriander powder 1 tablespoon
Chaat masala 1 teaspoon
Salt 1 teaspoon
Garam masala 1 tablespoon
Lemon juice 1 small lemon
Dry fenugreek leaves 1 tablespoon
Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
Oil 2 tablespoon
In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix well,
Marinate it for 30 minutes,
Use skewers and place the paneer, onion and bell pepper alternatively,
Bake it for 10 to 15 minutes on 230 degree Celsius,
Serve with green chutney.

Green Chutney
Raw mango 1 small
Mint ½ cup
Coriander ½ cup
Green chilies 2 medium
Cumin 1 teaspoon
Salt 1 teaspoon
Blend all the ingredients together with cold water until thick and smooth,
Serve with paneer tikka or as in dip,
Store in airtight container for 10 days,
