Jalapenos             4 medium (slices)

White vinegar     1 cup

Water                   1 cup

Garlic                    3 cloves

Salt                        1 teaspoon

Sugar                     1 teaspoon

In a pan add water, vinegar, garlic, sugar and salt.

Bring it to boil,

Now add slices jalapenos and boil for 7 to 8 minutes,

Or until jalapenos starts to become tender,

Let it cool down on a room temperature,

They are now ready to serve.

Take a glass jar and put the prepared jalapenos in it,

Put the lid on and put it in fridge,

Enjoy in burgers or sandwiches or even in salads,

ENJOY!!!
