Garden Salad | Quick Healthy Recipe | Areeba’s Kitchen

Ice-berg         2 cups

Tomato          ½ medium (cubes, deseeded)

Cucumber       ½ medium (slices or cubes)

Onion              ½ small (slices or cubes)

Olives              6 to 7 (slices)

Mix all the ingredients together

For dressing:

Olive oil             2 tablespoon

White vinegar   2 tablespoon

Oregano             ½ teaspoon

Black pepper     ½ teaspoon

Red chili flakes   ½ teaspoon

Put all the ingredients in the jar and shake it well,

Pour dressing on the salad mix well

Garnish with some parmesan cheese

And serve.
