Instant Boneless Chicken Rice | Simple One-Pot Quick Recipe | Areeba’s Kitchen

Basmati rice                1 ½ cup (soaked)

Boneless chicken       500 grams (cubes)

Onion                           1 large (slices)

Green cardamom       2 medium

Black cardamom        1 medium

Cinnamon stick          ½ inch

Black pepper              4 to 5

Cloves                          4 to 5

Red chili powder        1 teaspoon

Turmeric powder       ½ teaspoon

Dry coriander powder 1 teaspoon

Ginger garlic paste       1 tablespoon

Yogurt                             2 tablespoons

In a pan add ½ cup oil, onion and green cardamom, black cardamom, cinnamon stick, black pepper,   cloves and let onion cooks until they turn golden,

Now add chicken and ginger garlic paste, sauté for few minutes,

Now add little water along with yogurt and another spices,

Cook till oil starts to appear and chicken gets tender,

Now add rice and water,

Cook till water is dry and rice is cooked.

Garnish with green chilies and serve.
