Kashmiri chai is the most wanted hot beverage serves in winter weddings, it helps to keep your warm with a light pleasant flavor,

After moving to Canada its one of the things that I miss from Pakistan, so I decided to make it by myself,

So it’s a must try recipe

Full fat milk                    4 cups

Kashmiri chai leaves    1 tablespoon

Baking soda                   1 pinch

Salt                                  1 pinch

Tap water                       4 cups

Cold water                      2 cups

In a pan add milk and boil it on low flame until thicken

In another pan boil water and add tea leaves,

Cook till 4 cups of water turn 2 cups,

Then add cold water, baking soda and salt,

And start whipping the tea until pinkish form stays to appear,

now stain the tea and

mix milk with with prepared khewa,

add sugar as needed and pour in cups

garnish it with pistachios or almonds,

serve and ENJOY!!!
