Rajma/ Lobia Curry |kidney Beans Curry | Desi Pakistani Recipe

Kidney beans (Rajma/lobia)               500 grams (boiled)

Onion                            1 large (finely chopped)

Tomatoes                      2 medium (finely chopped)

Cumin seeds                 1 teaspoon

Red chili powder         1 teaspoon

Turmeric powder         ½ teaspoon

Ginger garlic paste       1 tablespoon

Curry powder                1 tablespoon

Salt                                  1 ½ teaspoon

Green chilies                1 large(roughly chopped)

Oil                                    ½ cup

Fresh coriander           for garnish

Green chilies                 for garnish

In a pan add oil, onions and cumin,

Sauté onions till they turn golden brown,

Add tomatoes, all the spices and 1 cup water,

Cook till thick gravy occurs and oil starts to appear,

Now add boiled kidney beans and same water from freshly boiled beans

Cook on low flame until the gravy become thick,

Garnish and serve with rice,
