All-purpose flour 1 cup
Caster sugar 1 cup
Oil ½ cup
Eggs 2 large
Red food color as needed
Vanilla essence ½ teaspoon
Coffee 1 teaspoon
Salt ½ teaspoon
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Baking soda 1 teaspoon
Warm milk ½ cup
Vinegar 1 teaspoon
Firstly add vinegar to milk and let it rest for 10 minutes to turn into buttermilk,
In a bowl make a liquid batter by adding eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla essence and whisk it till smooth consistency occurs,
Take another bowl and add all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and coffee,
sieve the dry batter twice,
Now add liquid batter to dry batter and add buttermilk,
Now add food color and mix it till smooth consistency occurs,
Put the cake batter in a greased pan and baking it for 45 minutes or till it’s completely baked,
Frost it with whipping cream and let it cool before serving,
